Canyon County Parade of Homes

The Canyon County Parade of Homes starts this Friday, June 14th and runs through June 23rd. We invite you to come see our Sonora floor plan in the Osprey Estates community (Southside Blvd and Lewis Ln). There are a total of five parade houses in this subdivision alone, so it's worth a visit. 

Our Sonora house features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an office.  The kitchen and family room provide an open gathering area for entertaining. The garage is large enough for two vehicles plus an RV. The house  is built on a half-acre lot and has a beautiful, expansive back yard. We built this house with energy efficiency in mind, and then we added a 4 kW PV solar system on top of that, so the monthly electric bill will be insignificant.
