We allow you to choose your lot in a community where we build, choose one of our floorplans, and choose the colors and selections that fit your style. We build in several attractive communities, and some of them even have large lots (1/2 acre). The floor plans we offer have been tested and refined to be both visually appealing and functional. Our in-house designer does an amazing job helping you make color selections and simplifying the process!
Build Process
Pre-Construction
Buyers are free to choose any of our floor plans that will fit on their chosen lot in a community where we build. We offer multiple floor plans to accommodate singles, couples, and families of various sizes and ages. Our homes come with an impressive standard package, eliminating the need to upgrade or remodel later. Still, we do have available upgrades and add-ons for those who want more than our standard features. Our in-house designer will help you personalize your home and make sure it fits your taste and lifestyle. Most importantly, we take the stress and complexity out of designing a home!
Construction
We communicate throughout the construction period. During construction, we meet with our buyers periodically at the job site to review the progress of the house, discuss upcoming milestones, and answer any questions the buyers have. Additionally, we give our buyers access to the online job schedule, and we send weekly progress photos so buyers can stay informed throughout the building process.
Post-Construction
Before we pass off the home to you, we perform our own quality assurance inspections and complete all items on the punch list. We’ll meet with you to explain the functionality of your house and provide tips and reminders about the ongoing maintenance that will be required of you. We walk through the house together and mark any remaining blemishes with blue tape for us to correct before closing. Our personalized service extends through the warranty period, and we make it easy to contact us and submit claims for warranty work.
