Interest rates took an unexpected upward climb over the past few days, but fortunately we had locked the interest rate for a handful of houses that we can pass on to our buyers. We're offering a 30-year fixed rate of 5.5% on select move-in ready houses through our preferred lender, CMG Financial. Well qualified borrowers can take advantage of these low rates by closing a Riverwood house by November 30th. Additionally, CMG is offering a rate rebound program. This means that if interest rates drop, you can refinance your mortgage at the lower rate any time within five years. CMG covers the lender fees, appraisal fees, tax cert fees, and gives borrowers <helmet-script/>,000 toward title fees.
