Riverwood Homes proudly builds throughout the Treasure Valley and surrounding area. We build in our own exclusive communities and are part of builder teams in some fantastic communities around the valley.
Do you build on other people’s lots or just your own?
We do not build on private property. Visit our communities page for more details on where you can find our homes.
How long will it take to build our new home?
While the timeline for building a home varies based on factors such as home size, customization, permit process, location, and weather, you can generally expect homes to be finished 6 months from the time we receive the permit.
How much customization is available?
When building a home with us, we allow small structural changes to our existing floor plans to help fit your specific needs. Here at Riverwood Homes, we allow our build job clients to select their finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, colors, and more!
What warranty coverage do you provide and how do claims work?
Riverwood Homes stands behind the quality of each and every home we build. We provide a comprehensive builder warranty that meets and often times exceeds industry standards and guidelines.
We offer two warranty periods: 30-Day and 1-Year. Our homeowners can easily submit a warranty request during these two periods. Our Warranty Specialist personally goes over each request and will promptly take care of all warrantable items.

You are not alone-many of our homeowners are building for the first time. The best place to start is by scheduling a consultation with our team. We then can discuss your goals, budget, and timeline. From there, our team will guide you through every step of the process. Our goal is to make building your dream home as simple and stress-free as possible.
