Beginning in 2024 Riverwood Homes began including solar panels on our homes. As a result, our homeowners save hundreds of dollars per year on their electric bills, receive a $4,500 federal tax credit, and enjoy increased value whenever they ultimately sell their home.  All without a lease or payments. We feel this is the best incentive we can offer to our home buyers because it offers immediate and long-term value.

All of Riverwood's houses are certified Energy Star 3.2, meaning they are built to a higher standard than the vast majority of new homes. Each of our houses is rated by RESNET so you can compare our incredibly low HERS scores to other builders. Our houses are also certified by Indoor AirPlus, which shows that we have taken extra steps to ensure good indoor air quality for you to breathe at home.
