The Riverwood team is proud of the four 1st place awards we received at the 2017 Spring Parade of Homes Banquet. The Parade of Homes is starting this weekend (April 29), and we have a home in the Patagonia subdivision. Our house, The Laredo, is a 2,890 square foot single level home with 3 bedrooms, a den, bonus room, and a large covered patio. The house is already sold, but we have several lots in the upcoming phase 2 where we could build you another one!
