The 2023 Tri-Cities Parade of Homes is going on right now! If you haven't seen some of the beautiful homes in our community, you still have a few chances left. The homes will be open for viewing on September 13th from 1:00 to 7:00, and again on September 16th and 17th from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM.

Siena Hills is a fantastic new community in Richland, WA that is growing and selling quickly. We have started our last house in phase #1 of Siena Hills and are just starting our first homes in phase #2. Phase #2 includes a community park and pool that is under construction now. This is a great time to move into a growing community that offers outdoor amenities (pool, park, trails, pickleball, basketball), connection to the Badger Mountain trailhead, and convenient access to Queensgate shopping.
