Riverwood Homes has one of the three houses showcased in the Parade of Homes in Patagonia. Patagonia is a brand new community located on Hubbard Road just 1/4 mile east of Meridian Road. It's a short drive from anywhere in the Treasure Valley and will be well worth your while!

The Riverwood team is proud of the four 1st place awards we received at the 2017 Spring Parade of Homes Banquet. The Idaho Statesman recently published an article about Patagonia. The article does a good job describing some of the amenities that Patagonia offers including parks, walking paths, pools, and a pond. Patagonia truly does offer many desirable features that are focused on indoor/outdoor living and bringing people in the neighborhood together. We hope people will drive out to Kuna to experience Patagonia. It's a community that deserves to be seen in person.
